BRUCE

Programmer/Supervisor

Bruce is our go-to-guy on the shop floor. With over 28 years of manufacturing experience. He's an exceptional programmer, a talented Solidworks designer and JTD's most talented machinist. On the weekend you can find him bowling, fishing or touring on his motorcycle.

BERNIE

Production Manager

If it has to do with scheduling, quoting or production, Bernie is most likely involved. She has been with our company for over 25 years and is an integral part of the team. She enjoys spending time with her family, gardening and canning in her free time.

DAVE

Shop Supervisor/Journeyman

Dave is a highly-experienced journeyman machinist. He's been in the industry over 25 years, with the last 13 of them being at JTD. He's passionate about helping co-workers and enjoys mentoring new machinists. Machining isn't his only skill; he also runs a 350 acre farm in his free time.

DUANE

Machinist

Duane is one of our most senior machinists with 37 years of experience under his belt. He's a civil war buff with a passion for hunting and ATV riding at his cabin in Northern Wisconsin. He said he enjoys the pleasant atmosphere and great co-workers at JTD.

ETHAN

Journeyman Machinist

Ethan graduated from the machine tool course at Fox Valley Technical College in 2018. He has worked at JTD since 2014 and he is enthusiastic and motivated to continuously improve and grow. He hopes to some day vacation in the mountains of Alaska with his family.

LISA

Inspection Supervisor

Lisa has everything you'd look for in an inspection supervisor: she's highly experienced in manufacturing, she's passionate about quality products, and she's a skilled problem solver. Her attention to detail carries over to her personal life as she says she's happiest when her house is clean and she's having fun with her kids.

SCOTT

Maintenance/Material Handler

Scott joined JTD in 2011 and since then has transformed the JTD saw room for high production. He's responsible for any maintenance and is willing to step in where needed. He's an avid Packer fan and sports enthusiast. When asked what job he'd be willing to do without pay, he said, "Coaching!"

JESSE

Welder

Jesse's 30+ years in welding and fabricating have afforded him the ability to build just about anything JTD can dream up. He enjoys working at JTD because each day brings variety and new challenges. He's hardworking, happy and always willing to learn.

JUSTIN

Journeyman Machinist

Justin completed his journeyman certification in 2016 and has been working at JTD since 2011. He enjoys spending time with his wife and two boys. When he's not spending time with his family, he enjoys fishing, riding his motorcycle and hunting.

KEITH

Journeyman Machinist

Keith is another very experienced JTD machinist with 28 years in the industry. He's passionate about his job and always strives to excel. He enjoys learning new skills and is always working to improve. He enjoys spending time with his family in northern Wisconsin, and you can often find him out ice fishing.

ANDY

Journeyman Machinist

Andy has been with JTD since 2010 and completed his Journeyman certification in 2018. He's continually implementing organizational and efficiency practices in the shop. His willingness to assist co-workers is very helpful. He grew up on a hobby farm and still enjoys attending the farm shows in the area.

BERNIE

Journeyman Apprentice

Bernie has always been fascinated with the detail and precision that machining demands. He completed the CNC Technician program through LTC and is pursuing the Wisconsin state Journeyman Machine Tool apprenticeship to become a more well rounded machinist. He admires his parents and their family values. He lives in Kiel with his wife and two kids.

CASSIE

Youth Apprentice

From a young age, Cassie knew she wanted to work in the manufacturing field. Her dad, a welder, was her role model. JTD is supporting Cassie’s pursuit of a machinist apprenticeship at Fox Valley Technical College in Appleton, Wis. In her free time Cassie enjoys going to dirt track races with friends.

STEVE

Machine Operator

Steve is a machine operator at JTD and loves coming to work everyday to make his coworkers laugh. He most admires his wife for keeping everything organized and together and also pushes him to be the best he can be. His ideal vacation would be a trip to Canada.

RANDY

Machinist

Randy has been machining since 1985. He brings a long career of knowledge to the shop and considers himself organized and friendly which everyone enjoys. One of Randy's passions is cooking. Originally from New Holstein, Randy has resided in Newton for the last 25 years, but he enjoys touring Wisconsin and the USA on his motorcycle.

BRANDON

Youth Apprentice

Brandon is one of our youth apprentices in the shop. He is currently attending Chilton High School where he participates in Football, Wrestling, and Baseball. His favorite pastime during his time off is to drive his '89 Camaro RS. His biggest fear is not living up to his potential and his favorite food is his mom's tater tot casserole.

MIKE

Shipping/Receiving

Mike works for JTD part time to provide our shipping and receiving needs. He is organized and keeps things running smoothly on our dock. In his free time he enjoys socializing with friends and cheering on the Green Bay Packers.

DEXTER

Technology Coordinator

Dexter has 10 years of experience in IT as a systems engineer across various industries. He strives to keep JTD relevant with the latest software and hardware machining solutions available. He enjoys brewing beer, traveling and spending time with his family.

TYGER

Machinist

Tyger is a motorcycle mechanic by trade and graduated from UWGB with his Mechanical Engineering degree this year. His expertise is an asset for our motorcycle machining projects. He loves spending time with his wife and their 3 dogs. He rides his motorcycle any chance he can get.

JAMIE

Machine Operator/Delivery

Jamie has worked for JTD for many years, assisting with maintenance, delivery, and operating CNC machines. She recently graduated with a Masters in Nursing. In her free time she enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends.
